Function and useful range
T47H-16C ball-float type drainage steamtrap valve is applicable to power station, chemicals, pharmacy, papermaking and other industry fields with heater, it is used for water level adjustment of deoxidation steamwater chest and the necessary devices of effectively controling water-quantity in the heater.
Structural feature and working principle
1, ball float type steam hydrophobic steamtrap valve, with big size, suitable for large back pressure without steam leakage, exhausted condensed water is water saturation closed to the steam pressure, so it is beneficial for improving the heat efficiency of the equipment and the energy-saving characteristics of the twice steam using. 2, the valve rises with condensed water liquid surface, when the ball float is away from cover to 403mm, the valve is fully open, make a great deal of condensed water into the tank. When the ball float falls 113 mm, valve closed completely and the condensed water can not flow, to limit the ball float in the stable change between 113-403 mm, which can only discharge air and water and heat condensed water, and prevent leakage of steam. 3, ball float type steam hydrophobic steamtrap valve makes use of water level change of condensed water to make the float rise and fall, can also be operated by handles, thus driving the lifting device opening and closing , realizing the function of drainage and gas-resistance.
